The byfrow Pigment Pencil leaves a semi-matte, creamy, pigmented finish.
+- How do you apply the byfrow Pigment Pencil?
Apply byfrow Pigment Pencil along your natural lip line, starting at the cupid’s bow or corner of your mouth, gently pat into the edges of the lip for a blurred-out effect. Fill in the lips for a full colour finish.
+- How do I choose my shade?
If you want a natural lip line, choose a byfrow Pigment Pencil that compliments your natural lip tone. If you want to go for something colourful, then choose the colour you love the most. There is no right or wrong.

Anyone! The byfrow Pigment Pencils have been developed to be fully inclusive. Please note that for darker skin tones, we recommend the darker shades in the range. Have a look through the images for each swatch to see how we styled each shade on each model and skin tone.
+- How long will the byfrow Pigment Pencil last on my lips?
The formula has lasting colour pay off that stays put without feathering, however you may need to re-apply throughout the day as you require.
+- Tell me more about your cartons being made from agricultural waste?
When crops like rice, grain, or sugarcane are harvested, only about 20%—such as seeds, fruits, roots, or juices—becomes food. The other 80%, mainly stems and leaves, is left behind as by-products with little use in the food industry. Our chosen paper supplier use these plant leftover’s as a valuable raw material for creating high-quality, sustainable paper and paperboard.
+- What is the expiration date of the byfrow Pigment Pencil?
36 months after opening.
+- Can I use the byfrow Pigment Pencil on any other parts of my face?
Yes. The creamy formula works well on the lips and cheeks. For a natural flush of colour, draw the pencil on to the back of your hand, warm with your fingertip, and blend onto the high points of the cheeks. For blush on the go, apply the pencil directly to your cheeks and blend with your fingertips. When sharpened to a fine point, the byfrow Pigment Pencil can be used to create soft, faux freckles.
+- Can I apply the byfrow Pigment Pencil onto my eyes?
Yes, we find the byfrow Pigment Pencil works nicely on the eyes, however it is worth noting that shades Cherry Berry, Baked Cinnamon, Pink Sorbet & Toasted Rose are not compliant for eyes in the US.
+- How do I sharpen the byfrow Pigment Pencils?
We recommend the byfrow Cosmetic Pencil Sharpener which is designed to work seamlessly with the byfrow Pigment Pencils. Sold separately.
